Cant find my restaurant as an existing vendors (multivendor admin app)

Describe the bug
As an existing user, I could not find my restaurant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Email'
Click on 'Search' interface
Type my email id
See error "there is no records to display"
Additional context
To check if my profile exist, I went to "Add Vendor" interface and entered my email id. It showed "Email is already associated with another account" (Screenshot 2)

Expected behavior
My email id should be displayed in the list of Emails.

Start by reproducing the issue in the multivendor admin app: search for an existing vendor by email, then compare the result with the Add Vendor email validation. Trace the search and vendor lookup entry points implicated by those interfaces. Done means an existing restaurant email appears in the Email list while still preventing duplicate vendor accounts.
