restaurants were added on two different systems ,1 proceeded to save the other prompted min order as required

Click on add restaurants
Scroll down to save
See error
Expected behavior
system behavior should be same for both

Start at the vendors area and follow the Add restaurants flow through the Save action in Chrome. Compare the two reported systems and identify which validation outcome is expected for the minimum-order field. Done means restaurant creation applies the same minimum-order validation consistently.
