Make Entire "Add a Message for the Restaurant" Button Clickable in the Cart

In the Enatega app (Cart section), the "Add a message for the restaurant" button should be fully clickable, not just the arrow icon. This enhancement would make the entire button area responsive, improving user experience and accessibility.

Currently, only the arrow icon next to the "Add a message for the restaurant" option is clickable.
The entire button, including the text and arrow, should be clickable, allowing users to easily add a message for the restaurant when reviewing their cart.
This change would ensure a smoother, more intuitive interaction, reducing the chances of misclicking and improving the overall user experience.

Start in the Enatega app's Cart section and locate the "Add a message for the restaurant" control. Check how the arrow currently opens the message action, then make the text and arrow respond as one button. Done means clicking anywhere in the button area allows a restaurant message to be added.
