Enable Chat Functionality for rider after the order has been pick by them for Enatega Multivendor Rider App

Describe the bug
Currently, the enatega multivendor rider app allow the rider to chat with the customer even before picking the order that should not be allowed.

To Reproduce

Assign an order to a rider.
Verify that the rider have the option to start a chat with the customer.
Expected behavior

Once a rider picks up an order, they should have the option to initiate a chat with the customer.
The chat functionality should be disabled for the rider when the order is only assigned to them but not yet picked up.

Start by reproducing the assigned-order flow on the rider app for iOS and Android, comparing chat availability before and after pickup. Trace where the rider's chat option is enabled for an order. Done means chat is unavailable while the order is only assigned and becomes available after the rider picks it up.
