instead of scrolling all the way up ,adding a button that would scroll to directly navbar when someone reaches end of page.

Start by locating the page's navbar and the point where users reach the end of the page. Add a visible scroll-up button that returns directly to the navbar, then verify the behavior from the bottom of the page.
