instead of default value keeping the email,password text field empty

Go to 'https://enatega.com/'
Click on 'Admin Web Dashboard'
Scroll down 'preview live demo'
See error https://multivendor-admin.enatega.com/#/auth/login
Expected behavior
blank text field

Reproduce the issue through the Admin Web Dashboard link and inspect the login page entry point for the email and password defaults. The work is done when both fields load blank instead of showing credentials; verify the login flow still behaves correctly after the change.
