Enatega Customer Application: While placing a order before user adds a new address, there shouldn't be "Done" button.

Describe the bug
On add a new Address screen While placing a order before user adds address, there shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Now add some items to your cart .
Click on place order button, the checkout screen will open-up.
See error at the bottom of screen there is a Done button already showing up.
Expected behavior
There shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet.

Start in the Enatega Customer Application by reproducing the flow from the cart through the checkout screen and the add a new Address screen. Trace where the checkout action is rendered and verify that the Done button is not shown before an address has been added; repeat the flow after adding an address to confirm the expected completion behavior.
