Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Reproduce the issue in the Enatega Admin Dashboard by opening Vendors, viewing a vendor, and adding a store. Start by locating the store-add form used from the Vendor page; done means the phone number field is visible there and its value can be entered when creating the store.
