Cant find my restaurant as an existing vendors (multivendor admin app)

Describe the bug
As an existing user, I could not find my restaurant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Email'
Click on 'Search' interface
Type my email id
See error "there is no records to display"
Additional context
To check if my profile exist, I went to "Add Vendor" interface and entered my email id. It showed "Email is already associated with another account" (Screenshot 2)

Expected behavior
My email id should be displayed in the list of Emails.

Start by reproducing the issue in the admin app through the Email search interface, then compare its results with the Add Vendor email validation described in the report. Trace the existing-vendor lookup across the relevant frontend and backend entry points. Done means an existing restaurant email appears in the email list while duplicate-account validation still works.
