When placing an order with special instructions e.g No Mayo is not visible to restaurant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Place an order and add some special instructions for restaurant SEE ERROR but the restaurant is unable to see those instructions.
Expected behavior
The special instructions added with the order by the customer should be visible to restaurant when getting the order.

Reproduce the issue by placing an order in the Enatega Customer Application with special instructions, then inspect the order as a restaurant user. Trace the order data between the customer and restaurant applications to find where the instructions disappear. Done means the restaurant can see the customer's instructions when receiving the order.
