Describe the bug
When attempting to add a new rider through the admin dashboard, the system fails to register the rider. The new rider does not appear in the rider list, and no confirmation message is shown. This issue prevents administrators from onboarding new riders successfully.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to the Rider Management section.
Click on the Add New Rider button.
Fill in the required rider details.
Click Save or Submit.
Observe that the new rider is not added to the list.
Expected behavior
