Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the Enatega Customer Application on an iOS device or simulator, following the listed cart and Special Instructions steps. Locate the Special Instructions input and verify that the field remains visible while the on-screen keypad is open; done means text can be entered without the keyboard hiding the field.
