"Skip" option allowed on profile registration

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is:
when logging in the app, user continued with google, phone number was not taken from google autofill (Although it was enabled), had to be re entered later, furthermore while adding number a "skip" option could be seen on the screen
if the phone number is skipped users, riders and restaurants will not be able to communicate

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Eratega-Multivendor web site
Click on user name displayed profile>>profile
Scroll down to 'Contact Information'
click "edit" in front of contact no, change contact no.
See error
Expected behavior
this feature should be mandatory and not allowed to skip

Start by reproducing the flow at Profile > Contact Information, using the edit option for the contact number. Trace the profile registration and contact-number entry points to find where the Skip option is presented. Done means the phone number cannot be skipped and the flow still completes correctly for users, riders, and restaurants.
