Enatega Admin Dashboard : Addon must be added without selecting an option for it

Describe the bug
When adding a product , while adding its Add-on user must be allowed to add new Add-on without selecting Options for it.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Now go to any Store profile.
Add new Add-Ons in it , see error it's not allowing user to add new Add-on without selecting Options for it.
Expected behavior
It should allow user to add new Add-ons without selecting any options for it.

Start by reproducing the issue in the Enatega Admin Dashboard: open a Store profile, add a new Add-on, and submit it without selecting Options. Trace the add-on creation flow to find where the submission is rejected. Done means an Add-on can be saved with no selected options while existing option-based Add-ons continue to work.
