Coupons Page Showing "Coming Soon" Instead of Previously Available Coupon List

Describe the bug
The Coupons page in the admin panel (or vendor panel) is now displaying a "Coming Soon" message. Previously, this page displayed a list of active and inactive coupons. The content seems to have been removed or hidden unexpectedly, affecting access to coupon management features.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Log in to the admin/vendor panel
Navigate to the Coupons page
Observe that instead of the coupon list, a "Coming Soon" message is displayed
Expected behavior
The page should display the list of existing coupons as it did previously, with options to create, edit, or deactivate them. The "Coming Soon" message should not appear if the feature was already available and functional.
