Enatega Admin-dashboard: No data available for registered riders

### Describe the bug
The system is not displaying any data for riders who have been registered. Even after successful registration, the rider list appears empty, preventing admins or managers from viewing or managing rider details.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the application/website.
2. Navigate to the Riders Management section.
3. Register a new rider (if not already registered).
4. Refresh or reload the page.
5. Observe that no rider data is displayed.
