Describe the bug
Transactional Email Templates has a "Enatega Email Templates" on top which should be removed on all transactional emails.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create any of the following transactions "Create an Account", "Place an Order", "Email Verification Template" or "Phone Verification Template"
Expected behavior
Email Templates should not have redundant information

Reproduce the issue by opening the Create an Account, Place an Order, Email Verification Template, and Phone Verification Template transactional emails, then locate the UI that renders their heading. Done means the redundant "Enatega Email Templates" text is absent from all four templates and the remaining email content is unchanged.
