Add food items: Dropdown arrow to choose category is not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Food'
Add Title and Description
Click on "dropdown arrow" to select category
See error
Expected behavior
Dropdown arrow should show the categories

Additional context
The categories are shown when clicking in the filed, except dropdown arrow.

Start at the Food add-item form and reproduce the issue in Chrome by opening the category dropdown with its arrow, comparing it with clicking in the field. Trace the existing category-selection entry point and verify that the arrow opens the category list; the issue is done when categories appear from the arrow as well as from the field.
