Notification Alarm Not Playing in "My Orders" Tab on Enatega Multivendor Rider App

Describe the bug
When a rider receives a notification about order assignment while actively browsing the "My Orders" tab within the Enatega Multivendor Rider App, the notification alarm fails to play. This results in riders potentially missing important order assignments if they happen to be in this tab at the time of notification.

To Reproduce

Open the Enatega Multivendor Rider App and navigate to the "My Orders" tab.
Wait for a new order assignment notification to arrive while remaining in the "My Orders" tab.
Expected behavior
Regardless of the current tab being viewed, the notification alarm should play audibly upon receiving a new order assignment to ensure timely awareness.

Start by running the Enatega Multivendor Rider App and reproducing the notification flow while the My Orders tab is open on iOS or Android. Trace the order-assignment notification handling and compare it with behavior outside that tab. Done means the alarm plays audibly for a new assignment regardless of the current tab, with the behavior checked on both platforms.
