Cant find my restaurant as an existing vendors (multivendor admin app)

Describe the bug
As an existing user, I could not find my restaurant.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Email'
Click on 'Search' interface
Type my email id
See error "there is no records to display"
Additional context
To check if my profile exist, I went to "Add Vendor" interface and entered my email id. It showed "Email is already associated with another account" (Screenshot 2)

Expected behavior
My email id should be displayed in the list of Emails.

Start by reproducing the issue in the admin app through the Email search interface, then compare the result with the Add Vendor interface using the same email. Trace the search entry point and the vendor list behavior. Done means an existing vendor email appears in the Email results while still being rejected as a duplicate during vendor creation.
