instead of scrolling all the way up ,adding a button that would scroll to directly navbar when someone reaches end of page.

Start by locating the page UI and navbar in the food-ordering application, then inspect how the page reaches its end. Add a control that returns the view directly to the navbar, and verify it works from the bottom of the page without disrupting navigation.
