While rating or reviewing a past order user has to click submit button Multiple times

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
2.Place an order and receive it
Now go to order history and open past orders review any order mark the stars also write some text in the text field
See error Now you have to click Submit button multiple times to submit the review of an order
Expected behavior
While reviewing any past order Review must be submitted by clicking the Submit button once
