Enatega Admin: Add option to create cuisines during store creation in admin panel

The issue occurs when there is no existing cuisine data in the admin panel. While adding a store, after filling all the required details, the admin is asked to select cuisines. Since no cuisines are available, the admin cannot proceed to create the store, which leads to a frustrating experience and blocks store creation.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be an option to create cuisines on the spot within the store creation flow. For example, if no cuisines are available in the dropdown, the admin should be able to add a new cuisine directly from the same screen. Then select it to proceed with store creation.
