When placing an order on a store, it throws a validation message that "Restaurant is not available right now"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add an item to the cart from store.
Go to the checkout page.
Click on "Click to order".
observe that it throws validation message that "Restaurant is not available right now "
*Expected behavior
Validation message should not be shown until the restaurant is not closed.

Reproduce the issue in the Enatega website by adding a store item, opening checkout, and clicking "Click to order."
