Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the Restaurant Customise screen on an iPhone 15 Pro, using a new restaurant whose default items have no images. Check both the header movement and the keyboard-avoiding behavior around the Special Instructions fields. Done means the UI stays below the header and behaves correctly when those fields are focused.
