Excessive Scrolling Required to Select Menu Tabs

**Describe the bug**
Users must repeatedly scroll down the page to select the desired menu tab, leading to a frustrating and inefficient user experience when navigating the restaurant's menu.

**To Reproduce**

1. Open the restaurant's menu page.
2. Attempt to switch between different menu tabs.
3. Observe the need to scroll down repeatedly to locate and select the desired tab.

**Expected behavior**
Menu tabs should be easily accessible without requiring repetitive scrolling, allowing users to navigate efficiently.

**Actual Behavior:**
The menu tabs are not consistently accessible, forcing users to scroll up and down repeatedly to find the correct tab.
