In the Wallet History Detail Card, the Request Time is displaying the date instead of the correct time.

### To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Enatega Rider Application'
2. Click on 'Wallet' menu button.
3. Now click on wallet history button , the wallet history details card will open now see error there in the Wallet History Detail Card, the Request Time is displaying the date instead of the correct time.

### Expected behavior

1. The Request Time should display the correct time format (e.g., HH:mm AM/PM or 24-hour format based on app settings).
2. The date should not appear in the Request Time field unless required.
