**Describe the bug**
New vendor is not adding
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'Admin Dashboard'
2. Now Add a new Vendor see error its adding new vendor.
**Expected behavior**
It should add a new Vendor
