UI Navigation and Button Display Bugs in Enatega Multivendor Restaurant App in Deutsche Language

Describe the bug

When switching to the Deutsche language in the Enatega Multivendor Restaurant App, the profile navigation bar buttons, such as the status and notification buttons, appear misaligned or outside their designated boxes. This misalignment affects the overall user experience and needs to be addressed promptly to ensure consistency across languages.
Additionally, upon clicking the homepage, the notification button portion unexpectedly slides into the homepage interface, which is not intended behavior. This issue disrupts the layout of the homepage and can confuse users, leading to a suboptimal browsing experience.
To Reproduce

Launch the Enatega Multivendor Restaurant App.
Change the language to Deutsche.
Navigate to the profile section containing status and notification buttons.
Observe the misalignment of the buttons.
Return to the homepage.
Notice the notification button portion sliding into the homepage interface.
Expected behavior

The profile navigation bar buttons should remain properly aligned within their designated boxes, irrespective of the language selected.
The notification button should not overlap or slide into the homepage interface but should maintain its position and functionality as intended.
