While editing user's name the system doesn't allow the operation because the number is already registered with the old name

Describe the bug
i wanted to change the name of the user and i was not able to that because the system used to give an alert on the phone number
i wanted to change the name associated with that phone number but the system didn't allow it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'user displayed profile'
Click on 'profile'
edit name
See error
Expected behavior
the name associated with the preexisting number shall be changed immediately.

Start by reproducing the issue from the user displayed profile: open Profile, choose edit name, and observe the phone-number alert in Chrome. Trace the profile edit flow and its name/phone validation to identify why an unchanged number blocks the update. Done means the user's name can be changed while retaining the preexisting phone number.
