Enatega Admin-dashboard: No data available for registered riders.

Describe the bug
The system is not displaying any data for riders who have been registered. Even after successful registration, the rider list appears empty, preventing admins or managers from viewing or managing rider details.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the application/website.
Navigate to the Riders Management section.
Register a new rider (if not already registered).
Refresh or reload the page.
Observe that no rider data is displayed.
Expected behavior
The system should display a list of all registered riders with their details.

Start in the Riders Management section of the admin dashboard and reproduce the issue by registering a rider, refreshing the page, and checking the rider list. Trace the data-loading entry point for that list and compare it with the expected registered-rider data. Done means registered riders and their details appear after reload.
