Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Reproduce the issue in the Enatega Admin Dashboard by opening Vendors, selecting a vendor, choosing View, and adding a store. Inspect the vendor store form used by this flow and verify how its fields are rendered. Done means the phone number field appears when adding a store from a vendor page and accepts the expected value.
