Enatega Rider Application : Remove text under the input field

Describe the bug
Remove text under the input field , once user entered any amount this text line should be removed immediately once an amount is entered in the field.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Rider Application'
Click on 'Wallet' menu button.
See error on opened screen below the input field.

Expected behavior
A text message appears under the input field initially (e.g., "Please enter an amount").
As soon as the user types any amount, the text should disappear immediately.
If the user clears the input field, the text should reappear.

Start in the Enatega Rider Application by opening the Wallet screen and reproducing the behavior around its amount input. Done means the helper text disappears immediately when any amount is entered and reappears when the field is cleared; no file or test is named in the issue.
