Enatega Admin Dashboard : New Vendor is not creating-up when adding from store page

### Describe the bug
When attempting to add a new vendor from the store page, the vendor is not being created successfully.

### To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the Store Page.
2. Click on "Add New Vendor".
3. Enter the required vendor details.
4. Click "Save" or "Submit".

### Expected behavior
The new vendor should be successfully created and appear in the vendor list.

Start by reproducing the failure from the Store Page using the “Add New Vendor” flow, then inspect the browser and application output after submitting the required vendor details.
