Description

Describe the bug
In the Rider app, when navigating to the My Orders tab, the screen displays a “Something went wrong” error message instead of loading current or past orders. This prevents riders from viewing or managing their assigned deliveries.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Log in to the Rider app

Go to the My Orders tab

Observe that the page fails to load and displays a generic error:
“Something went wrong”

Expected behavior
The My Orders tab should retrieve and display any active, pending, or completed orders assigned to the rider.

Device: [e.g., Samsung A15]

OS: [e.g., Android 14]

App Version: [insert if known]

Additional context
This may be caused by an API failure, authentication error, or data parsing issue. The generic message provides no user guidance and blocks core app functionality, so it should be addressed with priority and paired with proper error handling or fallback UI.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the failure in the Rider app at the My Orders tab, then trace the order-loading flow and its API response. Check whether authentication, the API request, or response parsing causes the generic error. Done means active, pending, and completed orders load when available, with a useful fallback when loading fails.
