Invalid field for phone number

Invalid field for entering phone number ,hence phone number not taken

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to ADD RIDER
ENTER CREDENTIALS
MOVE TO PHONE NUMBER
See error
Expected behavior
Should be a numeric textbox

Reproduce the issue in the ADD RIDER flow using Chrome on Windows, then inspect the phone-number field reached after entering the credentials. Done means the field is a numeric textbox and accepts the rider's phone number without showing the reported error.
