instead of scrolling all the way up ,adding a button that would scroll to directly navbar when someone reaches end of page.

Start by locating the React page and navbar component, then inspect how the page reaches its end and whether scrolling behavior already exists. Add a visible scroll-up control that returns the user directly to the navbar, and verify it works after reaching the bottom of the page.
