instead of default value keeping the email,password text field empty

Go to 'https://enatega.com/'
Click on 'Admin Web Dashboard'
Scroll down 'preview live demo'
See error https://multivendor-admin.enatega.com/#/auth/login
Expected behavior
blank text field

Open the Admin Web Dashboard preview at https://multivendor-admin.enatega.com/#/auth/login and reproduce the login form behavior described in the issue. Find the React entry point for that login form, then verify that the email and password fields are blank on initial load and that the form still works normally.
