Describe the bug
The minimum order limit for orders is not implemented
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'vendors>>add restaurants'
Click on 'registration'
go to customer site and order from the same store and youll be able to order items lesser than the limit

minimum order limit must be implemented

Reproduce the issue through Vendors > Add Restaurants > Registration, then place an order on the customer site from the same store.
