Add Food: Field label to choose category is missing

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] After adding Title and Description, a dropdown box is presented. Without any label, its not clear what does it mean and leave a user to fumble around.

Add field label "Choose Category" above the field.

Start by locating that category field in the React Native application, then add the requested “Choose Category” label above it.
