instead of scrolling all the way up ,adding a button that would scroll to directly navbar when someone reaches end of page.

a scroll up button

The issue does not name a file, screen, or test. Start by locating the screen layout and navbar in the React Native app, then determine where the end-of-page state is handled. Done means a visible control lets users return directly to the navbar from the bottom of the page.
