Enatega Customer Application: While placing a order before user adds a new address, there shouldn't be "Done" button.

Describe the bug
On add a new Address screen While placing a order before user adds address, there shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Customer Application'
Now add some items to your cart .
Click on place order button, the checkout screen will open-up.
See error at the bottom of screen there is a Done button already showing up.
Expected behavior
There shouldn't be "Done" button already showing up as user hasn't added the address yet.

Start in the Enatega Customer Application's add a new Address screen and trace how it is opened from the checkout screen during the place-order flow. Check the state that controls the Done button before an address is added, then reproduce the flow with cart items; done means the button is not shown until the address has been added.
