Enatega Admin-Dashboard: Missing Phone Number Field in Store Creation (Its implemented on back-end)

Describe the bug
The "Phone Number" field is missing from the "Create New Store" form in the frontend, even though it is implemented on the backend. Add phone field on update page also.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the "Create New Store" page.
Observe the available fields in the form.
Expected behavior

The form should include a field for entering a phone number, which should be sent to the backend upon submission.

Start by locating the frontend Create New Store and store update forms in the admin dashboard. Check how existing fields are rendered and how their values are submitted, then verify the phone number is included for both create and update flows. Done means both forms accept a phone number and send it to the existing backend field.
