Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Start by reproducing the flow in the Enatega Admin Dashboard: open Vendors, view a vendor, and use the Store option to add a store. Trace the form used by that flow and verify how other store fields are rendered. Done means the phone number field appears when adding a store and accepts the expected value.
