Observe the top of the screen where the phone’s status bar (showing time, battery, signal, etc.) is usually displayed.

Research direction

No source file or test is named in the issue. First reproduce the problem in the customer application on an iOS device, then locate the screen or entry point responsible for the top-level layout; done means the time, battery, and signal status bar remains visible without obstructing the app UI.
