Enatega Admin Dashboard : New Vendor is not creating-up when adding from store page

Describe the bug
When attempting to add a new vendor from the store page, the vendor is not being created successfully.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Navigate to the Store Page.
Click on "Add New Vendor".
Enter the required vendor details.
Click "Save" or "Submit".

Expected behavior
The new vendor should be successfully created and appear in the vendor list.

Start at the Store Page flow and reproduce the failure by using Add New Vendor with the required vendor details, then check whether the vendor appears in the vendor list after submission.
