Restaurants that have no products, categories, or menu items configured are still visible to users in the app. These restaurants appear in listings and search results but contain no usable content, leading to a confusing and empty experience for the user.
Steps to Reproduce:
In the Admin panel, create or locate a restaurant with no products, categories, or menu items assigned.
Open the app and browse the restaurant listings or search for that restaurant.
Tap on the restaurant to view details.
Expected Result:
Restaurants with no products or categories should not be displayed in the app until they are fully configured with menu items.
Impact:
Poor user experience due to encountering unusable restaurant profiles
Wasted time and frustration for users
Potential decrease in trust in app content quality

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the customer app's restaurant listing, search, and restaurant-details flows, then trace how restaurants are filtered for visible menu content. Done means restaurants without products, categories, or menu items are absent from listings and search results, while configured restaurants remain available.
