"tip" functionality redundancy while placing ordering

Describe the bug
the same value as "1%" is presented on order list and only the first button is functional and not the other two, moreover 1percent tip is set by default and not selected by user. upon selection of the first button all 3 are selected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'find restaurants'
Click on 'Food Corner-East'
Select your order
Proceed to tipping.
Expected behavior
only selected buttons should be visible as selected, and only one should be selected

Start by reproducing the flow from Find restaurants through Food Corner-East, order selection, and tipping in Chrome on Windows. Inspect the tipping and order-placement UI entry points to find why the 1% value appears twice and why one selection marks all three buttons. Done means only the chosen button is selected and the default 1% tip is not presented as user-selected.
