Devs are spamming people in unrelated Slack servers

Stop telling random people on slack to check out this repository. Stop spamming people none of you have ever met. What is wrong with your team?

I'm well aware this not the appropriate way to communicate a complaint about your behavior. Guess what? It's also inappropriate to ask for random people to star and support your crappy project.

The issue names no source file, test, or entry point, and describes a complaint about outreach rather than a code change. A maintainer would need to define the intended action and acceptance criteria before implementation can begin.
