Enatega Admin Dashboard : Navigate to specific field which field is creating an error to submit the form.

Describe the bug
This bug occurs when a form submission fails due to an error in a specific field, but the system does not automatically navigate to or highlight the problematic field, making it difficult for the user to identify and correct the issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Now fill a form to add a staff etc. now skip a required field see error the field border gets red colored , but it doesn't navigate to that field.

Start in the Enatega Admin Dashboard and reproduce submission with a skipped required field, noting the validation flow and the resulting red field border. Trace the form submission and error-handling entry point to determine where navigation to the invalid field belongs. Done means the dashboard takes the user to the field causing the submission error while preserving the existing validation indication.
